Chris Daniels owner of Country Connection Western Store has always loved country music, dancing, fishing and hunting. He wanted to be able to have a family owned and operated business that would incorporate all of his hobbies. In October 1992 in a small 1200 square foot building, Country Connection first opened its doors. At that time, space would only allow for Chris to offer western apparel but you could always find him greeting customers and talking about hunting and fishing.
Chris still wanted to offer his customers more than western apparel. In November 2002, Country Connection opened at its new location at 1975 Highway 70 East in Garner NC. With 12,500 square foot Country Connection can now offer work wear along with western wear. Country Connection has since become one of the largest Western and Work wear dealers in these parts.
The Country Connection is still family owned and operated managed and run by Chris’ daughter in law Tracy Daniels for its day to day business. Chris can still be found in and out of the store everyday.
The employees are all like family since they have been with Country Connection from 4 years to the day the store was opened.
